Birmingham Chemistry PhD Scholarships 2026

The School of Chemistry is delighted to offer a number of doctoral scholarships to outstanding candidates. These scholarships are open to all fields of chemistry. Each fully funded scholarship is for 3.5 years full-time study and covers academic fees and a maintenance grant in line with the UK Research Innovation rate. These scholarships are available for UK and international students.

Closing date for application is midnight 1st February 2026.

The scholarship must start by the first week of the Birmingham academic term (28th Sept. 2026).
